These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 8efd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating at the domain 8efd.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality offered through the 8efd platform, including sports betting, live casino gaming, slot gaming, promotional offers and customer support services.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 8efd platform.

8efd is an English-language platform designed for players across Pakistan, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. However, 8efd does not hold a Pakistani gambling license issued by any Pakistani government authority, and use of the platform is subject to the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful where you reside before participating.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal registered account held by a User on the 8efd platform, through which all gaming and transactional activity is conducted.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising Real Money Balance and any applicable Bonus Balance, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback award or other incentive offered by 8efd to a User, subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age and address verification, required under anti-money-laundering and responsible gambling obligations.
• "Platform" — the 8efd website (8efd.cam), all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces and any applications made available by 8efd for accessing its gaming services.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which Account balances and transactions are displayed on the Platform.
• "Services" — all products, games, betting markets, promotional features and support facilities made available to registered Users through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the specified number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered using qualifying games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "User" — any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform and is accessing the Services.

To register and maintain an Account on 8efd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, where 8efd has determined that offering its Services would be unlawful.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the Platform, or have had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account.

8efd does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where the Platform's services are explicitly restricted. Users are solely responsible for verifying their eligibility before registration.

Each User may hold only one Account on the 8efd Platform. The creation of multiple or duplicate Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any Bonus balances, and potentially the withholding of disputed winnings pending investigation.

During registration and at any subsequent point at our discretion, 8efd may require you to complete KYC verification procedures, which may include but are not limited to:

• Submission of a government-issued photographic identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport or driving licence).
• Submission of proof of address documentation issued within the preceding three months.
• Submission of proof of payment method ownership.
• Completion of a source-of-funds declaration where required under applicable anti-money-laundering procedures.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request may result in Account suspension and restrictions on withdrawals. 8efd is not liable for any losses arising from a User's inability to access their Account during a pending verification period.

By using the 8efd Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanism to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or abuse any betting market, game outcome, bonus offer or promotional mechanic through collusion, match-fixing or any other fraudulent means.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification or ongoing account management.
• Opening or operating an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is disruptive, abusive or harmful toward other Users or 8efd personnel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise access the underlying code or architecture of the Platform.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 8efd Account are conducted in PKR. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

Payment method names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on the Platform for user orientation only. None of these providers endorse, affiliate with or support gambling services on 8efd. Available deposit and withdrawal options are confirmed in the cashier section at the time of transaction and may change without prior notice.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation of cleared funds, subject to any verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. Processing times vary by method and Account tier. Withdrawals to the same method used for deposit are standard practice.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals may not be processed while a Bonus is active in your Account and the associated Wagering Requirement has not been satisfied, unless you elect to forfeit the Bonus.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in PKR. Any currency conversion costs arising from your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

8efd reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification procedures.

8efd may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback awards and other incentive programmes to Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a Bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies (typically PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per round, as specified per offer). Exceeding this limit may void the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution table is set out in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not wagered within the stated validity period (commonly 7–30 days from award, as specified per offer) will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings generated from Bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap as specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one Bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time.

8efd reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted and in progress by a User will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

All bets placed and games played on the 8efd Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message or on-screen acknowledgment. 8efd reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where late acceptance occurs due to a technical fault.
• Obvious Errors: Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — arising from a pricing error, data feed fault or human error — may be voided by 8efd regardless of whether they have already been settled. Users will be notified in such cases.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time without notice. 8efd accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension during live events, including PSL, ICC or other cricket tournaments.
• RNG & Fair Play: Random Number Generator (RNG) games are provided by third-party software suppliers. 8efd does not manipulate game outcomes. Illustrative RTP figures are labeled as examples; verified RTP is available in each game's paytable.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted.

8efd is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time via account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net-loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable on-screen reminders to alert you when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot access gaming Services.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

All content on the 8efd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 8efd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Use the 8efd name, logo or branding in any context without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8efd shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or reputational harm arising from Platform use.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure outages or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform where such information is provided for illustrative or educational purposes only.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time:

• By the User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned subject to completion of withdrawal procedures and pending KYC verification.
• By 8efd: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk.

Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property rights and dispute resolution clauses — will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed. 8efd does not represent that the Platform or its Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant legislation. 8efd makes no representation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan and expressly disclaims any liability in this regard.

8efd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by email where a verified address is held on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, is always available on this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
